Rediscover Values is a workshop that features short, video-supported sessions of approximately 20 minutes, combined with guided reflection, interactive discussion, games, and practical activities. Participants are actively involved while creating space for personal insight, meaningful conversation, and real-life application.
Conducted in Singapore for over a decade and now reaching participants in the Philippines and Indonesia, the workshop has welcomed CEOs, business leaders, government representatives, healthcare professionals, educators, members of the academe, Millennials, Gen Z participants, and students.

Each participant receives a copy of The Big Little Book of Values, which shares the heart, history, and thinking behind Values OS.
Participants also gain access to the proprietary Values OS app, featuring:
• Workshop Companion, a simple way to take notes, capture insights, revisit key ideas, and watch session videos after the workshop.
• Values Assessment Scan, a personal assessment across the four Foundational Values: Spiritual, Relational, Physical, Financial (SRPF). Participants can repeat the scan, review past results, and track their values-growth journey over time.
• SRPF Journey, a guided experience that helps participants build a personal values framework through clearly defined essentials, focused practices, reflection, and measurable progress, long after the workshop.
